HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 3-5 days for handling for all orders.
We are a small team and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

We will take the greatest care when shipping your order, however
we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or mistreated orders.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided up until customs.

No items purchased will be marked as gifts so all appropriate tax will be applied as stated by your country.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We offer a full warranty program on cut-and-sew items. If your garment has a seam that opens up, 

please ship us the item back and we will repair it free of charge. Garments with damage (such as a 

cigarette burn or stain) will not be eligible for repair or replacement.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. CAN I EXPECT A RESTOCK?

Every item created by Must Be™ is made in the smallest of quantities; Never more than 20 of each item.

This ensures that we can manage quality over quantity, as well as keep our items exclusive to the

customers that readily support us. Items listed as "Sold Out" will not be restocked or available again for purchase.

HOW CAN I GET MUST BE™ IN MY LOCAL SHOP?

Only select shops based in Minnesota exclusively have the opportunity to get our items, but only on a limited basis.

The best way to do this is to spread the word and ask for Must Be™ in your local shop.
